The Deep Within
The Deep Within is a Dark Pictures inspired game that I designed within four weeks. For this project, I researched one of my favourite series from Supermassive Games (The Dark Picture Anthology) and set about creating a Prologue level called The Sunken Dream with prototyped mechanics!

Duration: 4 weeks (1 of those weeks not being used fully as it was Easter Break!)
Software: Unreal Engine 5
Role: Level / Mechanic / User Interface / Narrative Design
Reflection: In the future I want to push this project into another level to showcase the main cast by utilising AI systems. Another point would be in include cutscenes which are a staple of the game - however, this was left out in this project not due to any technical issues but rather project brief requirements!
